Bikes and stuff
December 16, 2009
Last night I had the idea to build up a 26″ hard tail mountain frame with my fixed gear stuff. I ran into a few problems along the way and had to got to use my torch. Torches are fun.
The end result of my work looked sort of promising.
But it was retarded to ride. The rear center was too long. Ick. It did fell really solid though. I think part of that can be attributed to the BMX crankset I put on it. I rode it for about ten minutes before I came in and started building my Leader back up. I went ahead and swapped the BMX cranks over to the Leader. It feels really rigid now, and the extra arm length gives me some more torque. Sweet.
